FAQ: General Questions

I require a paper type that isn't currently listed on your website? e.g. Conqueror

If you let us know what it is that you require we can give you a bespoke quote based on your needs. We are able to obtain most paper types within 2 working days.

I'd like a product that you don't have listed on your site, i.e.an A1 poster?

If you want a printed product that we do not have listed on our website please give us a call, very often we can help you.

I've got an emergency deadline for tomorrow can you help?

We often have spare slots in our print runs and are sometimes able to dispatch the same day. The earlier in the day you contact us the more likely we are to be able to get it to you. 

Your prices seem lower than other companies can you explain why?

In the print industry the levels of automated and specilised equipment are the main factors that affect cost. Here at Unique Forms  we specialise in digital print therefore we can offer short or long runs and  we don't have long set up times between jobs, and each job is very efficiently produced. We pass the benefits on through prices

Are your letterheads laser printer compatible?

Yes, we seem to get asked this a lot. We do not print your letterhead on a colour photocopier as many high street print shops do meaning that they are 100% laser safe.


Artwork FAQ's

I have existing stationery that I'd like to copy, can you do this?

Yes;  If you have the original artwork on the computer you can upload this on the "upload" section on our site.
 

What is your preferred format to receive artwork?

PDF with a 3mm bleed.

What is bleed?

Please see our "Bleed Explained" page in our "Artwork" Section. ?

I'm not sure if my artwork is OK to print, can you check it?

When your order is placed our studio team will check the artwork & contact you by email if it is not useable.

 

FAQ: P&P and Delivery

Can I track my order?

Yes. When we dispatch the package, you will receive an email from sales@uniqueformsltd.com containing a tracking number.

How much do you charge for delivery?

Any orders include VAT and Delivery so there is no extra charge. 

What happens if I'm not in when your courier tries to deliver?

The courier will leave a note to say that they have tried to deliver the package. They will then try to deliver again for the following two days. If they are unable to deliver on the third attempt the package will be returned to us. 

Would I beable to collect my order or arrange my own courier?

Unfortunately due to the number of orders that we process each day and the automation of our process we are unable to offer collection in person or alternative couriers.
