    1. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, your Products will be despatched for delivery in accordance with the delivery service chosen by you during the ordering process:
    2. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays. 
    3. Where delivery is delayed due to exceptional circumstances, we will complete the work as soon as we reasonably can. 
    4. Where delivery is not possible as a result of us being provided with the incorrect delivery address details, our delivery service will return the Products to us. We reserve the right to make an additional delivery charge for re-despatch of the Products to the correct delivery address. 
    6. All products will be signed for upon delivery, if anyone other than the intended recipient signs for the product and the product is subsequently not delivered to the intended recipient will incur no liability provided that parcel was delivered to the address provided by the purchaser.

    If you believe that a Product is defective, we will request that you return the product for our examination.

    Ordering

    Uploading your own artwork

    Order process if you send your own design - Create your individual chosen product in just seven steps:
    1. Article features 
    Upload your design into the chosen template, selecting the quantity and number of sides.  The binding final price will incl. delivery and VAT and will be displayed once you have selected the required features. You can either print out our offer or put your product straight into the shopping basket.
    2. Services 
    If you are not sure if your artwork is printable, we can offer you a artwork check. We will check your artwork for common mistakes.
    3. Shopping basket
    All the products you have selected from Unique Forms will be displayed in your shopping basket. You can give each project a project name which will make it easier to clearly identify them later. If you want to place several orders for a product with different printed information, you can enter the required amount here.
    4. My details
    Enter your contact details in this section. When you place your next order the details in this step will already be saved.
    5. Order options 
    Select the addresses for delivery. Please be aware that printed products can only be delivered within the United Kingdom. Choose which file format you would like to use to submit your artwork. You can use our convenient upload center right after placing your order or send your artwork to us by email. Please also select how you wish to pay for your order. If you use our e-payment options, the payment will take place right after this step, unlike in the case of pre-payment. It goes without saying that our payment processes correspond to current safety standards.
    6. Order overview 
    Here is an at a glance review of all of your order details. Check these and confirm your order.
    7. Confirmation and transmission of artwork
    We will send you an email confirming your order. You can also submit your print-ready artwork in the upload center if required. Your order will now be entered into our production process. 
    Payment, Pricing & Promotions
      
    Payment options
    Various payment options are available at Unique Forms. Use our online payment options and pay quickly, securely and conveniently through PayPal. The payment will take place directly while you place your order and the production of your order will begin as soon as we receive your print-ready artwork or your print approval.

    With PayPal you can pay securely and easily using MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, American Express, Solo or Direct Debit.
